ในช่วงเทศกาลสงกรานต์หลายท่านอาจมีโอกาสได้ออกไปเล่นสาดน้ำ ซึ่งปฏิเสธไม่ได้ว่า “ดวงตา” เป็นอวัยวะส่วนหนึ่งที่ต้องเผชิญกับสิ่งต่าง ๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น น้ำ แป้ง หรือแสงแดดที่ร้อนจัด ซึ่งหลังจากเล่นน้ำสงกรานต์ท่านควรเฝ้าสังเกตโรคทางตาที่ตามมา หรือดูแลดวงตาอย่างไร เรามีคำตอบให้กับท่านค่ะ
โรคทางตาที่อาจตามมาจากการเล่นน้ำสงกรานต์
โรคตาแดง เกิดจากเชื้อแบคทีเรียหรือเชื้อไวรัส ที่อาจมาจากแหล่งน้ำไม่สะอาด หากเข้าตาอาจทำให้เกิดเยื่อบุตาอักเสบ หรือโรคตาแดงได้
โรคตากุ้งยิง เกิดจากการอักเสบของต่อมไขมันบริเวณเปลือกตา จากการติดเชื้อแบคทีเรีย หากขณะเล่นน้ำเกิดอาการคัน ระคายเคือง และขยี้ตาโดยมือที่ไม่สะอาด ซึ่งเป็นสาเหตุทำให้เกิดโรคตากุ้งยิงได้
เป็นแผลในกระจกตา เกิดจากกระจกตามีแผลถลอกจนอักเสบ จนนำมาสู่การติดเชื้อ ซึ่งขณะเล่นน้ำอาจโดนฉีดน้ำใส่ตาโดยตรงอย่างรุนแรง รวมถึงการสวมคอนแทคเลนส์เข้า-ออก อาจทำให้เกิดการขูดที่กระจกตาจนถลอก ซึ่งเป็นสาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดแผลในกระจกตาได้
เฝ้าสังเกตอาการโรคทางตาหลังเล่นน้ำสงกรานต์
หากท่านมีอาการตาแดง คันตา ระคายเคืองตา น้ำตาไหล หรือมีขี้ตาเป็นสีเขียว ควรรีบไปพบจักษุแพทย์เพื่อหาสาเหตุและทำการรักษาต่อไป
ตรวจสุขภาพตา เพื่อความสบายใจ
การตรวจสุขภาพตาเป็นอีกหนึ่งสิ่งที่สำคัญ ถึงแม้จะยังไม่มีอาการผิดปกติทางตา ก็ควรเข้ารับการตรวจสุขภาพตาอย่างน้อยปีละ 1 ครั้ง หรือเข้ารับการตรวจหลังเล่นน้ำสงกรานต์ ก็ถือเป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้ท่านสบายใจได้ว่าดวงตาของท่านมีสุขภาพดีและปลอดภัย
